Dominique Paschal, APRN, FNP-C
Co-Founder, Owner, CEO & Family Nurse Practitioner

Dominique Paschal's journey into healthcare began in 2008, when she transitioned from psychology to nursing in search of a career that aligned with her purpose. Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she continued advancing her education while balancing marriage, motherhood, and her growing passion for patient care.
After gaining experience in both large healthcare systems and clinical practice, Dominique co-founded Purposely Evolving Medical Clinic with her husband, Marcus, to create a place where patients feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.
She is passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and helping patients address obesity-related health concerns through personalized treatment and sustainable lifestyle changes.
Her approach emphasizes compassion, education, and empowering patients to take an active role in their health.
Outside the clinic, Dominique is a proud mother of three athletic children and a devoted sports mom. She enjoys music, singing, comedy, and reading novels. Known for her positive spirit, she loves encouraging others to grow and become the best versions of themselves.

CO-FOUNDER & OWNER
Marcus Paschal
Marcus Paschal brings a wealth of knowledge from a long and successful athletic career. A graduate of the University of Iowa, where he was one of the top safeties in the country, he went on to a five-year NFL career with the Philadelphia Eagles and the Baltimore Ravens.
Marcus earned his Bachelor of Arts in Health and Sports Studies, so he understands exactly what the body needs to be its best and enjoy a healthy, successful lifestyle. He later completed the Transition to Teaching Program through the Pinellas County School Board.
For the past eight years, Marcus has been head football coach and an educator at his alma mater, Largo High School, where he has helped more than 50 scholar-athletes continue their education and athletic careers in college.

The people behind your care
Tiffany helps keep our office organized and supports patients with scheduling, communication, and administrative needs. She plays an important role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone who contacts our practice.
Hope works closely with our provider to support patient visits and daily clinical operations. She assists with patient preparation, care coordination, and follow-up activities, helping ensure patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their care.
A
Angelica helps maintain communication and coordination between patients, staff, and office operations. She is dedicated to helping patients navigate their healthcare experience and ensuring their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate team member.
